Effective April 04, 2007, Imaging Technologies will rebrand its organization to better reflect the diverse range of services it offers its customers. The new company name and brand - SynQ Solutions - reflects the companies unique ability to synchronize the often segmented components into a single seamless marketing program.

On Friday April 27th, SynQ Solutions completed the sale of our Reprographics Division to the American Reprographic Company (NYSE:ARP). The sale of the Reprographics Division, combined with the rebranding to SynQ Solutions announced earlier this month, completes the evolution of our Company from its traditional roots in the blueprint business to the full-service, comprehensive marketing resource for our customers we are today.
