Mike Snyder, Chief Executive Officer

Mike has nearly 20 years of experience working with emerging businesses with a concentration on transforming traditional services business through the introduction and utilization of innovative technologies and process improvement.

Prior to Synq Solutions, Mike was Chief Financial Officer of Air Serv Corporation, a rapidly growing aviation services provider. During his tenure, Air Serv was named Atlanta’s fastest growing private company. Mike has also held officer positions with Impact Innovations Group, a privately held technology services provider, from the Company’s inception through their successful sale in 2004, and Per-Se Technologies, a public company specializing in connective healthcare solutions for physicians. Mike began his career at Arthur Andersen after graduating from Miami University. When not working, Mike can be found coaching, playing and watching soccer.

Glenn Haertel, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Glenn has 20 years of enterprise sales and marketing experience on both a domestic and international level. As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Glenn is responsible for guiding Synq Solutions sales strategy and marketing execution. He oversees and manages the sales, marketing and business development functions for Synq Solutions.

Prior to joining Synq Solutions, Glenn held various key management roles, including Vice President of Sales and Director of European Sales Operations for SynQuest, a global supply chain management company; Vice President of Sales for Certus Software, a corporate governance and compliance company; and Regional Vice President for Trintech Inc., a provider of integrated financial governance and transaction risk management solutions. Glenn is a graduate of Auburn University and when not working, he can be found skiing or spending time with his family.

Simon Meachin, Executive Vice President, Retail

Simon serves as Executive Vice President of the Retail division of Synq Solutions. He joined the company in 1996 after emigrating from the United Kingdom. In his previous roles as Production Director and Vice President of Retail Services, Simon was instrumental in the strategic development and subsequent success of the QSR and Retail Services Division.

Simon brings 23 years of printing industry experience to Synq, having specialized in corporate finance, general and commercial offset and direct mail. He has held management positions for City Response Group, MHA Direct, Burrups, St. Ives Group, Communigraphics Ltd. and Westward Group. Simon is a graduate of the London College of Printing.

David Nicoletta, Vice President, Operations

David brings over 22 years of experience working in the printing and distribution industries serving in both operational and financial capacities. As a member of the Synq leadership team since 2002, David is responsible for the day to day operations of our fulfillment centers including operations, quality control and warehousing.

Prior to joining Synq, David was employed by Cadmus Communications and M2Direct. David graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania with a BS in Accounting. When not at work, David can be found coaching his son’s baseball team.

Margaret Smoot, Controller

Margaret has 20 years of accounting experience with 12 years serving as a controller. She has been with Synq Solutions since 2000. Margaret brings a unique knowledge of the QSR and Fast Causal Restaurant industries to Synq. Her experience includes controller for Tanner’s Restaurant Group and 13 years with Sybra, Inc., an Arby’s franchisee. Margaret holds a B.A. in sociology from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Doug Fergusson, Executive Vice President, Solutions

Doug Fergusson has 25 years of consulting, marketing and technology management experience on both a domestic and international level. As Executive Vice President, Solutions Doug combines over 20 years of experience delivering technology-driven solutions within the QSR, Retail, Financial and Consumer Goods industries. Doug uses his knowledge of the marketing execution processes to help clients save money and time using Synq Solutions.

Doug has been a key member of Synq Solutions leadership team since 1997. Prior to joining Synq Solutions, Doug held various key technology and marketing management roles including Vice President of Marketing for the worldwide operations of Monarch Marking Systems (formerly a Pitney Bowes company), and Marketing Management positions at Avery Dennison, and United Technologies. Doug is an engineering graduate of Lehigh University and The University of Connecticut.

Dave Mikita, Executive Vice President, Client Services

Dave has 15 years of operations and marketing experience in the configuration and delivery of service-related solutions, with a focus in the retail and foodservice industries. As Vice President of Client Services, Dave is responsible for guiding delivery of Synq Solutions’ products and services.  In this role, he oversees the management of client implementations, ongoing program management and call center operations.

Prior to joining Synq Solutions, Dave held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations for Prommis Solutions, a provider of processing services for the legal and financial services industries; Director of Installation Services for The Home Depot; and various marketing and business development roles for The Coca-Cola Company Foodservice Division. Dave is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and The University of Virginia Darden School of Business.  When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, fly-fishing and watching college football.

Billy Powers, Vice President of Print Solutions

With over 21 years of experience in the printing and fulfillment business, Billy Powers has a reputation for delivering quality innovative print solutions to Synq Solutions clients. As Vice President of Print Solutions, Billy provides exceptional service to the QSR and Retail markets, leading Print Operations, Creative Services and Quality Control in both of our Atlanta and Las Vegas facilities.

Billy has been a key member of the Synq management team since 2001. He's held various management roles at Synq Solutions, including the General Manager of Las Vegas Operations over print operations and fulfillment. Before joining the Synq Solutions team, he was the General Manager for Imaging Technologies in Jacksonville Florida. Billy graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Marketing.
