Job Description
The Account Administrator is responsible for all aspects of inventory for specific accounts; maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy; inventory put-away; supervising a crew of up to five inventory clerks; communicating inventory status and issues directly to Program Managers; providing training to other employees on Inventory Systems, processes, procedures and WMS; creating, running and providing reports, and following up on inventory issues.

Requirements:

AT&T Regional Contact Support 2 Associate is responsible for supporting, managing and coordinating all activities of the Call Center Team and/or Production staff to support the national promotions merchandising and to ensure customer delivery commitments are met; working as a liaison between AT&T Corporate, internal development team and the internal Client Services team; co-facilitating the National Promotions GRID training with AT&T representative for the Call Center team; communicating all National Grid changes to the Call Center and monitoring Quality Assurance of the Call Center to ensure accuracy and compliance; and maintaining internal network with all call center team members.

INVENTORY CLERK
Job Description:
The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for picking orders, stocking product, performing cycle counts and maintaining account product organization and cleanliness. Other duties include, but are not limited to, running reports and maintaining electronic inventory logs. The Inventory Clerk must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills and be very detailed-oriented.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an inventory or warehouse environment. This candidate should have a solid background and working knowledge in Inventory or Warehousing with prior experience in at least one of the following areas: Picking, Receiving, Shipping or Inventory Control. Additionally, this candidate should also be proficient with the following Microsoft products: Windows, Word, Excel, OutLook and Internet Explorer.
