Finisher
Job Description:
The Finisher will receive printed images from both flatbed and roll to roll printers and be responsible for recognizing which type of lamination is best suited for the application and environment the product will be displayed as well as assuring all work is done to correct specifications to be sent to our clients.

The primary duties for this position include cut, mount, laminate, bind and/or drill to complete the product. Maintain proper care of laminator, compressor and work area to produce quality finished products; and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements: The successful candidate will possess 2-4 year college degree and 5 years experience or 10-12 years experience of steady employment, print, color finishing and some computer knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of subtrates and laminates, a keen sense of color, a problem solver; outstanding customer service and organizational skills; excellent prioritization, time management, and ability to work alone or with others, as well as the ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment. Attention to detail and a very steady hand are essential.
